UKDSC Hosts Collaboration Event for DGP Innovation Challenges Winners

The UKDSC hosted a Collaboration event for all the winning organisations from the recently themed competitions supporting DGP Innovation Challenges 1 and 2 (persistent surveillance from the air, and agile, immersive mission training) on the 27th January 2016, in Central London.

The aim of the event was to facilitate maximising the potential value from the phase 2 projects proposals for which are due for submission 31st March 2016. At the event the winners had the opportunity to meet organisations offering potential routes for exploitation, and also to discuss potential collaboration with the other winning organisations. Organisations also had the opportunity to promote their projects, and develop common areas of interest with other winners to develop potential collaborations.

This was the second of two events to support the winners preparing, not only for their phase-2 proposal, but also their participation in the CDE marketplace event, maximising their potential for success.

The event was supported by Dstl, CDE, Airbus, Surrey Satellites, Raytheon and OTIS
