In 2021, 31.8% of graduates, and 27.1% of apprentices recruited in 2021 were female, up from 26.3% and 22.1% indicating growth in this area.
20.5% of surveyed defence full-time employees identified as Female and 79.2% identified as Male.
5% of surveyed defence full-time employees who responded to the survey identified as Asian or Other.
93% of surveyed defence full time employees who responded to the survey identified as White.
